What payment methods do you accept?
I accept card payments, Interac e-Transfer, cash payment and cheques.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, I will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable. A booking is only confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received.
When is the remaining balance due?
It is due on the day of the event.
What if I need to cancel the event?
In case of cancellations made 15 days or more before the event, the deposit is held for future bookings, with no additional rescheduling fees.
For cancellations made less than 15 days before the event, the deposit is held for future bookings, with a $25 change fee.
What if the artist cancels the event?
In the unlikely event the artist must cancel due to illness or emergency, a full refund will be issued or a replacement artist offered where possible.
What is the best way to get face paint off?
You can simply wash it off with water and soap. Gently rub in the soap until you make an emulsion, then rinse it off and the paint will magically disappear!
Can I book more than one entertainer?
Yes! I have a network of trusted Vancouver artists, so Painted Dreams can cater from the smallest parties to large corporate events. Therefore, you can book two face painters or a combo face painting + balloon twisting at the same time.
Can you do adults too?
Yes! I love painting adults. Check out my gallery and you will see some example of designs for adults.
Can you do arm painting?
Absolutely! Both face and arm paintings are available.
Can you prepare a menu specifically for my event?
Yes, dedicated menus and special themes can be requested at booking times. There is no additional charge for them.
Can the face painter stay longer?
Depending on availability, if you need the artisy to stay longer, a charge of $60/ half hour per face painter will apply. This will need to be paid directly via e-Transfer, with proof of the transfer before staying. Otherwise, the artist will arrive and depart on the times agreed.
What do I need to prepare?
Sara will bring everything necessary for her amazing face painting, however please provide a table and two chairs for her face painting.
